Guys,
I bought a condo back in 2010, VP in 2013.
Now finally developer said strata title is ready by next month.
Want to ask, do you know how is the strata title charges? is it based on SPA that sign 14 years ago? or will be base on new value.

Hi All,

I am a totally newbie in HP. I am still using 3310, enough said.

Thinking to buy a new phone, either K800, 6120 or 6300.
K800 -> I under the impression it has very good features? Is it true? Compare to another 2 models?
6120 -> New model, and got 3G.
6300 -> Like the design very much, but no 3G.

My main usage would be making calls and sms, 3G might comes handy in future.

Please advise which one should I go...

Dear all,

My brother was studying in Nilai College before he went to Saginaw State University in US to further his study.

He went to Saginaw in 2002/3, he was back to Malaysia last year to re-new his passport.

The last time we heard from him was during the Chinese New Year, since then, we do not hear from him anymore. He moved from his previous apartment, and we do not have his new phone number.

My parents are getting nervous and nervous. We tried to call both Nilai College and Saginaw State U, but both were not able to help. We do find out that he still register for current semester in Saginaw.

Anyone of you or your friends that you known are from Nilai College or Saginaw Valley State U?
Can you please help us to find my brother?

Dear All,

Which bank do you use for your current account transactions?

I am using Hong Leong One, it used to be as long as the account balance is more than RM1000, then the bank will not charge any service charge.

But, the latest statement I received, it indicates that from 19 March onwards, if the month average is less than RM5000, a service charge of RM5 will be imposed.

As a working class, I really dont need RM5000 in my current account for transactions.

And, I remember somewhere last year, goverment ask the banks to waive all these "service" charges?

Any commments?

I guess time is really catching me up. Nowadays, lost interest on computers, sports, etc. But, getting more into reading, and investment (need to find way to get more money)...

Anyhow, is it possible to have new section on Investment or Reading??? So that some of those boring guys out there like me can find some common interest "geng' in lowyat.net
