Hi there, wanna ask if wanna set up a rice stall lets say in a kopitiam, do we need to apply any license? how to apply ? where to apply? cost to apply?
lets say if i open 2-3 stall at once in different area, do i need to apply 2-3 license?

estimate cost to start 1 stall from 0(without any equipment)?

Did those kopitiam provide the stall or i need to buy/build up 1 myself?

Hi there, previously had create a topic regarding thyroid, I've keep on taking medicine in time til now. left bout 20++ tablet ( doctor give me bout 90 tablet for 1 month ), so far I really feel improvement on my health, wont feel hard to breath, start gaining weight, slower heart beat (although still quite fast sometime), but i found that myself not easily get cramp for whole body, every time i stretch my body, it cramp, all part of my body, now i dun dare to make too big action/ movement, why wud this happen? izzit bcoz of the medicine? or some other problem occur? at the begining I tot I dun have enuf rest, but this problem appear around a week, any way to cure it? some time even when I'm driving, i turn my neck to look backward ( due to rear mirror blind spot), my neck cramp, and I think its quite danger while I'm driving on the highway.

Hi there, last time I've open thread here mention that I can't gain weight n keep on losing weight, last 2 week I went to check up, end up the doctor told me that I've kena Tyroid.

which i think its quite serious case especially my abnormal heart beat, its about 3x faster den normal human. and all other sick "signal" also appear on m body, except my eye no bengkak lah XD

The doctor give me medicine for 1 month, now taking bout 1 week plus, feel my heart beat start slowing down, although still quite fast.

Btw, my reason opening topic here is to ask is there any food / drinks that i cannot eat or drink? I seriously feel my case quite serious and hope not too late to heal it, I'm 180cm now and only around 55kg. previously my shape was quite good around 180m 65kg. now my dad keep on saying me look like those drug addict, ZZzZZzZzz

so anyone with this kind of knowledge please help. Thank you.

Once apon of time, an airplane crash in an accident, but luckily 3 man survive, so they keep walking to look for help.

After a while, a bunch of "Sakais" come after them and caught them to their village. once they reach their village.

Sakai leader : You~!! you wanna let me kick ur "lil bro" 100 times or die?

survivor a : been kick 100 time is better den die, i choose kick.

after kicking 100 time, his "bro" all become all blue-black~~

Sakai leader to 2nd survivor : you, you wanna let me kick 200 times or die?

survivor b look at survivor a and he feels the pain by just looking at him and he say : 200time is still better than dead, i choose kick~~

after kicking 200 time, his "bro" even bleeding~~

and lastly, the 3rd survivor,

Sakai leader : you~~ you wanna let me kick 300 times or die?

survivor c looks at survivor b, then said to sakai leader : 200 times also bleeding like this d, no way, i rather choose die.

hi there~ i'm having a problem there~~ no matter how much i eat~~ i just can't gain weight / get fat~~ every time meeting cousin / relative dat seldom saw me~~ their 1st word coming out from mouth ,"aiyo~ y so thin jor??"

heres my daily meal list

breakfast(8:30-9:30 having between this time) - nasi lemak / noodles(dry /soup)
lunch ( 12:30 - 2:00) - mix rice / chicken rice / home cook meal
tea time (4:30-6:00 some time) bread / snack
dinner ( 7:30-8:30 ) mum cook~~ soup, meat( i only eat chicken,fish and pork) , vege ( only eat several kind , i dun really like vege)
supper ( 11:30-12:30) baked toast wif tuna/hotdog/ham / maggi mee double packet-triple packat wif some side dish)

i think i'm eating kinda many compare to many ppl~~ but i just can't get fat~~ got any idea how to gain weight?
