Treadmill recommendation

Hi, i would like to get some advise on the treadmill.

I plan to buy a treadmill with budget not more than RM 1500. I see online have so many choices and i am not sure which one to choose.
My concern is i see most of the treadmill also with max weight is 100kg but i am at 90 kgs, so i heard that with this weight need to buy treadmill with support more than 120kgs weight one.
Is it true? Please give some recommendation on the treadmill, thanks.

TV best resolution

HI

Can I know how to adjust TV best resolution?

I have new Hisense Smart 4K UHD, i am trying to adjust the TV brightness and contrast to find the best picture setting for personal viewing.

When i am trying to adjust to lower brightness, the TV image look dark.
When adjusted to more brightness, TV image look ok but when the screen with white colour object (example white background or a lady wearing white baju or a car with white colour), the screen look very bright.

Any good advise ?

Suggestion for Brand New Smart TV

Hi,

i would like to buy new smart TV at around 43 inch. Now still research on what brand to buy.

I went to electrical shop, the salesman recommend me Sony or Samsung but Sony 43 inch price is much more expensive that samsung 43 inch one. Different around RM 500.

My friend also recommend me Panasonic.

Any good suggestion on what brand to buy??

Plan to buy to cover huge area (living hall) for air purifier, to eliminate second hand smoke.

I heard that coway or cuckoo not bad but very pricey.

Hi, please recommend me the suitable air purifier for my home.
I want to buy a purifier can block the tobacco smoke for my living hall, size is around 800sqt
My dad smoke at toilet and the smell goes into living hall, it cause my mother nose start itchy. So think to buy an air purifier.
Any brand or model to recommend?

Income tax declaration

Hi. Would like to seek your advice.
My friend now is working permanent at company A, company got deduct EPF one and with EA form also. At the same time she also worked as part time basis at company B, but that company no deduct EPF and no EA form for her. So when in income tax submission, need to declare company a & b income also?
FYI, company A offered salary is RM 2600
Company B offered salary as RM 1400

Old whatsapp message

Dear All,

I have a trouble on my whatsapp message now. Need you all to advise:

a. In year 2015, I have bought new sim card and use for 1 year, after I have no top up then the number have in-active. I also have change to new HP number
b. In year 2016, I know the phone number already no more active. So I thought this number is no people is using, so I sometimes will copy some important notes and send to this number, so that I can retrieve this whatsapps message when I need to use.
c. Today, I accidentally send my photostate IC, payslip and EPF form (all forms also already palang) to this in-active number. That time I only wake up and scare about maybe this number is using by someone else. But I have check the whatsapp message is not delivered, I call that number is ringing but no one pick up.
d. I quickly call to this in-active number telco company, they told me this number now is active and using by new owner since early of this year.

My worries are, since year of 2015, whatever my whatsapp message able to retrieve by new owner? FYI, since year 2015 message until the latest message, the whatsapp message is show non delivered. My photostate IC, payslip and EPF form will also able to retrieve by current owner too? How to delete the wrong send message? I try to click to that message and delete but I can’t delete it cause it is already many hours passed.

car insurance

Would like to ask for opinion.

My car is manufacture at year of 2001, and now i would like to buy car insurance but now the insurance company not allow me to buy the comprehensive insurance, cause car value is less than RM10K.
They only recommend me to buy Third-Party Fire & Theft (TPFT) insurance.

Is this also apply to all car insurance company or only apply for certain company? Any recommendations where can buy comprehensive insurance for my case?

Hi, would like to have some advise from here.

I have rental income since 2 years ago and every year i also have chop the tenancy agreement at LHDN, and of course i have declare my rental income in yearly income tax submission.

This year i plan no chop the tenancy agreement as my tenant is stabilize in paying me the rental every month.

My questions are:

a. Even though me and my tenant have sign the tenancy agreement but i have no chop agreement at LHDN, can?
b. No chop the agreement at LHDN, but in next year income tax submission, i still need to declare it, right?

If EA form stated annual income is RM 30,000. Still need to submit income tax or no need?
Some says need cause got EA form. Some says no need cause annual income is non taxable.
