Shall I wait for the new Hilux in 2023

Hi all, i m actually planning to buy a 2.4e hilux. waiting period could be 2-4 mths without any rebate as short of car supply globally.

Current model design has been in the market i think almost 6 yrs. Next Toyota Hilux may sit on TNGA-F platform but launching date is unknown.

Shall i wait for the new Hilux in 2023 or just go with the current hilux.

Hi all, i had designed some bags and would like to custom made it & to start my small business.

I did called the bag manufacturer in klang valley but the min order would be 300-500 pcs COD. .of course small customer like me they dont even bother to quote me pun..

Then I tried google and see is there any small shops to custom made the bag but i didnt get much information. Those small shops are more like selling their own handmade bag design only...

Now I am looking for help to make a bag prototype and I totally no idea where to find people..

Material tat i wish to use is anti-bacterial & water resistant polyester.

I actually dont know where to post this question.. I hope that the sifu here can help or advice me...thank thank so much!

HI all, i used to find information and getting a lot of ideas from this forum & another forum. Today i think is time to share a little bit about my house renovation journey...

1st step, find reno sifus to quote....this step took me about 3 mths....i tried to look for the reno sifus from kaodim.com, recommendation from friends, neighbours, the contractor in that taman...

End up i engaged this reno sifu.. Uncle Lee -Shun Fa Interior & Exterior Reno Works 016-259 5935.....

He quoted the reno cost part by part on the spot when i brought him to my house...the price quite competitive also.....I confirmed the deal on the same day...

Well....i did not have budget to recruit ID...so the design of the house reno I have to use my limited creative sense cand also with my tight budget....i just want to have a simple and comfortable living place only..... hopefully this post wont disappointed u guys so much......

Uncle Lee said the concrete pillar that he made he used to put 6 batang besi inside. If ur contractor want to save cost they will only put 4 batang only.....so happened that me and my neighbour were doing the same part tat time so i can manage to snap pic ...left hand side is my neighbour wan...

For example, If you have 300k CASH out it as fixed deposit(3.xx%/pa) .....then thinking to buy property 300K also..(take house loan the interest rate will be about 6.6%)....

will you guys choose to CASH buy the property? so that u will save up the loan interest...if the house rent out, you can just collect rental...

but buy the property by CASH paying also got 1 concern, LHDN might cari u guys drink coffee?? what do you guys think?

520i is new and under warranty..but spec kosong ....whereas 535i need to take the risk for repair...as it is a 3 years old car...but perform better...

Hey guys, i m actually looking for the chemical retail shop in klang valley since 2 weeks ago....til now still tak jadi....zzzzzz

I just need small qty of the chemical for testing purpose....100g-10kg...things that i m looking for are..ethanol, sodium salt, fragrance..etc...

I am nearly 30's , with 4 years sales experience (but irrelevant to banking or insurance)...

recently i was thinking change to banking industry and work as sales excutive i.e mortgage sales etc as i heard those bankers can earn up to 5 figur per mth( dunno how they kira or rumour nia?)...but at the same time, turnover rate in this line also very high due to diff reasons...

I am grad with my biz admin degree but i m totally new in banking industry...I need advice from those had worked or are working for banks this moment...because i dun wan simply take risk to take a job that I might not comfortable with...especially sudah mau 30....

My questions are:-

1) As a newbie in banking industry, my basic salary is it will be same as those fresh grad? ie.2.2k-2.8k or also will refer to my previous experience?
2) If i were a mortgage sales,Any comission if i could hit my target?
3) other than basic, any other allowance??eg:if makan minum with customer in case to close a deal, also can claim ar?
4) As basic is only about 2k plus, but i heard and read in the lowyat forum said that those banker can earn up to 10-30k per mth? is it possible? (of course i understand the theory of no pain no gain la)

Hopefully all the sifus willing to share out their stories here, so that i can decide to join or not...thanks thanks

I was involved in an accident in 28.9.2009, claimed 3rd party insurance-Kurnia and my car had been in the workshop for 2 months. i Would like to claim the loss of use/ ODKFK..but after been waiting for 9 mths my insurance agent (uniasia) only tell me that i need to write a letter of demand and sendiri submit documents to Kurnia as she forgotten to help me follow up...

i really appreciate if got sifu can teach me what to do from step A to Z....

i has been keep on calling KUrnia...but no ppl pick up or keep on passing my line here n there....walaoyeh....and now i really need help from all the sifu here....

1) for a proton saga 1.3, how much i can claim for loss of use/ODKFK for a day?? RM30 or rm50?? can claim for saturday or sunday boh??

2) My agent told me that when i sendiri submit police report to Kurnia need to attach together with the yellow original rm2.00 receipt...but the receipt is not with me....because when i went to make report all were the tow man settle for me....sumore ady almost 1 year....where to find it....

3) How to write a letter of demand to claim ODKFK...google it before..but seems not really suit for my case ...any sample can provide to me??coz my english also not that good....

currently planning to buy a car to replace my old proton saga 1.3 which already 10 years old.

I m a 25 year old lady . My job is as a sales person which need to travel very frequent in Klang Valley. Resale value, fuel efficiency, and comfortable space all are the factors that i m concerning.

my Budget is about rm50k-rm60k.

2 choices:-
1.5 IDSI Honda Jazz (about 4-5 years old)
1.6 Proton Persona SE (NEW)

i need suggestions from u guys..thanks a lot....
Suggestions for other cars are aslo welcome...
by the way, can somebody please tell me what is loan interest rate for 2nd hand Honda?
