[WTA] 2002 Wira Engine Died After Revving

Dear all,

My 2002 Wira Automatic transmission GLi fuel injection yesterday suddenly mati enjin.

Restarted engine - OK at idle speed, seems normal.
When rev engine about > 2000RPM, engine light turns on, oil light turns on, battery light turns on, then engine stalled.

Repeatable for 3 4 times by myself while waiting for mechanic.
Engine can start like normal, no warning lamps appear after engine on and idle.

Then on site mechanic checked 3 items like attached photo.

Item no. 3 he clipped with plyer and revved, saying that's the outflow from engine path.

Item no. 2 he unplugged 1 by 1 when engine was running.
He initially suspect this faulty.

Item no. 1 is also suspect faulty. Can hear tak tak tak sound when he revved engine.
He called this item some name, toro tori? I couldn't really catch it.
Edit: It's the throttle body.

Anyone know what's the problem?

I was told:

490 throttle body (new)
80 coil (2nd hand)
15 air filter
120 towing fee
90 tune and workmanship
