75-77 inch TV Recommendation

Hi all, as the topic suggests, am looking to get a 75-77inch TV, not immediately, but around June/ July. Living room quite bright, so am hoping there are anti-glare (or almost) TVs. Have always been watching Panasonic TVs, but will consider Sony and Samsung, or LG. Budget RM20k.

USB SPDIF Converter/Interface

Hi!

Just seeking some advice/tips/recommendation about usb spdif converters.

Was looking at Hiface 2, Hiface Evo, Stello u3 (no longer available). Am also rather keen on JK's Cuinas.

Currently using Mac mini running audirvana + > optical > naim unitilite. Optical limitation is 24/96. So even though the Naim is capable of 24/192, my 24/192 files are "downsampled" to 24/96.

Has anyone had any experience with the Hiface 2, with a similar setup? It's the most pocket friendly among all mentioned, but include other experiences with the rest. Also, it would be great if you can include pricing and where I can get them locally.

Ps. NOT using headphones.

Tried panasonic th-l32b68k with a 1tb hard disk, and it was "parsing" forever.
toshiba tsb-32p2300 picked up the hard disk easily, and played 1080p file smoothly, but have never owned a toshiba tv before.

In case pagalavan.com is not clear enough, this is another more casual platform for those who are thinking about doing medicine in university. There have been many discussions and viewpoints raised on the subject in "Calling All Medical Students" and in many other threads as well. Can we use this thread to consolidate all the issues, perhaps?

Hope those in the know contribute, especially those who are in private practice and civil service, and existing medical students (especially those in Malaysia).

It looks like there are further delays/postponements of JPA announcements for 2011's SPM students. Is it possible the PM, DPM and JPA have yet to concur on the proposed "new" scheme, and eligibility criteria? So far, it has only been DPM/ME who has issued statements, and PM has been silent.

"Last June Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced that the Government would review the PSD scholarship scheme and reward students who achieved excellent results in their pre-university courses instead of the SPM." - The Star

Are they working on "cushioning" what was proposed last year, instead of having to have PM eat his words, AGAIN? Even "flip-flop" is so cliched now.

Hi, am looking to get a BD player, for under RM500. Have been reading a little on Pana bd45 and samsung 5500, and am hoping all the sifus here may provide some summarised feedback on which to get. At the moment, am using Dune and TVIX, but prices of players have come down. and thought maybe I can start collecting blu-ray concerts. Thanks in advance!

The USB in this LCD is reading files in thumb drive, but NOT reading a 500gb samsung external drive properly. When connected, menu pops up displaying music, movies, and photos lists, but when any of the list is selected, it shows up "0 folder, 0 file". Samsung ext HD is in ntfs format. Is anyone else having similar experiences? Any solutions? Thanks heaps in advance!
