Honestly quite frightening for someone who lives in a red zone. I go out about once a day just to get meals for the day and even though I'm always careful, I'm always worried for my friends and loved ones not being as careful. Some of them live far away so its out of my hands and I'm constantly paranoid about whether they've come into contact with someone positive. It gets worse with the numbers constantly going up. Eventually I'm just thinking to myself that the chances of being close to someone positive is just getting higher and higher and it doesn't help me calm down.

How are you guys in Klang Valley coping? Anyone else living in a red zone?

Do you think RMCO will be upgraded back to MCO?

Yesterday cases breached 3 digit number again. I remember the PM said that if this happens they'll consider returning to stricter protocols.
