Wanted to ask the available option to maximize my savings/investment in order to finance my postgrad studies after 3 to 5 years time

Purchasing new smartphones

Wanted to know whether which is the most cost-efficient, value for money when it comes to purchasing smartphones

Since smartphone requires on the move connection, a data plan is quite important in a sense

So,
Regardless of which telco (assuming all smartphone are available to be sold to customers)

Is it better to:

1) purchase the phone at cheaper price (thru telco), but tied with contract (lets say 12 or 24 mths)

2) purchase the phone at higher (retail price: thru retail outlets other than telco/ online price/ 3rd party), get a data plan later

Experienced smartphone users could enlighten me? Why yes and why not answers appreciated

or if there is a 3rd option, definitely would be eye opening

but it passes the scan

what concerns me is i've never access that site, how to block it?

Windows Defragmenter

when i defragment, after analyzing its start defragmenting , but just after it starts , it became idle , not moving at all when i check the task manager (Processes) the CPU is at 00 value , mem usage stays static at x,xxx K (varies at times)

when i click cancel or the X button , the prog closed and the process is still there when i checked the task manager , i clicked end task oso it won't go off until i restart the computer

wat happened arr? any help?
