Help! BOOTMGR is compressed

Alex Ferguson — Thu, 19 Aug 2010 21:26:55 +0800

When I tried to start my lap top,
I got this message:

"BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"

After i press Ctrl+Alt+Del it will try to reboot but will prompt the same msg again.

What does that mean? How can I fix it?
