TP-LINK TL-WDR4300 can't connect to UNIFI's BTU

Recently bought the TP-LINK router to replace stock router from DLINK.
Now having problem with BTU connection to UNIFI.

The router shows "connecting...." for a while then returns with a "connected" status.
But the strange thing is, IP addresses returned from the connection shows the same value for both router and gateway?!

The BTU provided by TM is FiBoom AM-5506:

Anyone have any idea what wen wrong?
I have also changed MTU value to 1492 - same problem doesn't work.

This is the 2nd new unit from the shop.

S&P 3+1 extension - who is to bear 8% interest?

Dear Lowyat Forumers,

I am the buyer, having a situation with the S&P of a freehold property -

Normally, the buyer is given 3+1 months to settle the balance sum of the loan upon signing of S&P. Failing which, buyer can request the vendor another month’s extension of time subject to interest accruing at some 8% per annum.

In most instances, the buyer's bank would drawdown the loan from the vendor/financier within 1-2 weeks fro the date of my lawyer's Letter of advice.

You see, my finacning bank failed to disburse the drawdown to vendor's bank within the first 3 months, giving many excuses beyond human comprehension - e.g. blaming the BNM's new RENTAS system's instability etc. Clearly, this is not my fault. I did called and chase the bank 3 weeks before the ending, and was told bank's system showed disbursement was done, but in actual case, it wasn't

Now, I am forced to extend for one more month and Vendor has the full right to impose 8% interest.

Question is:

1 - who is going to bear the 8% interest? My lawyer firm or my financing bank?

2- Is there any law to protect house buyers against the bank?

Tried at Digital Mall and many shops in PJ/KL - only ipad 2,3,4 one is available.

Looking now to invest in 22x75 d/s-link/terrace house at USJ4 Subang Jaya. @RM550K onwards, from investment point of view, just wondering if this a sensible choice? Will it appreciate in the next few year or has the price peaked? What is the current rental rate?
