How do you carry your instruments with flight?

Hi guys.
I found a nice acoustic guitar at China and thinking maybe will travel to China and bring it back myself.
So I started to think on how to bring the guitar back and search for some opinion with Google.
Below were what they did:
1. Bring the guitars to the cabin and let the flight attendance put it else where or some empty seats.
2. Bought an extra seat for the guitar.
3. Checked in their guitars for cargo.

Just wondering how you guys carry your instruments oversea? Which airline did you take?

250CC bikes for shorties?

Hi guys.
I'm newbie to 250CC motorcycles.
I know I'm only 160CM tall, I saw a few bikes like Kawasaki Z250SL and I like it very much.
The problem is that the seat height is 785mm, and I'm not sure i'm tall enough for it.

Any recommendations for 250CC that suit shorties like me?

laptop always overheat

hi guys.

my laptop is always overheat, even though I didn't run any high requirement games or softwares.
this model is blue color, so it's the version after the northbridge / southbridge issue.

above are the screen shots of task manager. i don't see any software that running heavily on CPU or RAM.
When I used KMPlayer to watch movies, the heat of the CPU could went up to 95 degree.

I had scanned my laptop with Microsoft Defender and there is none malware nor sypware found.

I really need help and please kindly advise.

Hi guys.
I was hanging in a guitar store and asked the boss about recording, I told him that I prefer to connect the guitar's amp through Line-In.
Then he told me that I should use a mic to record the guitar sound because the sound will be more natural.

So I'm thinking that, if I connect the guitar amp to my pc, I don't need to worry about the distortion. FYI, I'm living in flat and there are a lot of mat rempit during night time

What do you think on this??

hi guys.
recently i received a lot of missed call from hidden number, so i'm not sure whether it's the same number.
i had called maxis center to ask if they can check who called me with the hidden number, but the operator said there is no way to check who called me and they only can check who i called.

and i heard my friend said they will only reveal the hidden number if i lodge a police report.
i'm not sure if this is true.

please share with me if you know there is a way to check hidden number.

Hi guys, I'm using Philips 17' CRT, I've been thinking of upgrading to 19' or 22' LCD widescreen.
The gc I'm using is HIS X1950 PRO IceQ 3 Turbo 256MB AGP. While playing high graphic quality games like Call of Duty 4, it might cause the gc overheat and the screen gone "snowflakes".
If I upgrade to 19' or 22' widescreen, will it increase the workload and the heat on my gc?

On 28th Nov 2007, i bought a earphone from an online seller. I still remember that I transfer the money to the seller in the office, so I decided to check the amount at home. But when I remember again, it was after 2-3 days. When I look at the Transactions History, I was shocked because I only made 1 transaction on that day through Maybank2u. Then I checked the Online Transaction History, it only show 1 transaction record for that day. Then I wrote an email to Maybank2u and here is their reply.

Look at their reply, you will know that my second question was ignored. At the afternoon around 5.30PM on the same day，I called their customer service 1-300-88-6688. First few calls, all I got was hearing to their bull**** advertisements and "Our Customer Representative is currently busy, please wait .......". Then I switch on the speaker phone and then I put my cell phone on my table. After 30 mins, I was still hearing to their advertisement and their customer representative were busy. Then I wrote another email to them. This was what I wrote.

I am strongly believe that they will not replymy email or try to solve my problem, they will wait for the Maybank2u system toautomatically delete my transactions record after 3 months of 28th December2008.

Around 12PM, a lady from Maybank called me and ask me to fax the print screen to her. I was in a seminar and I had no pen on my hand because I answered the call outside the room. I ask the lady to call me back after 30 mins, and guess what, she called me back on 4.30PM.

On 18/1/08
I faxed the print screens to the lady............. bla bla bla (I shorten the incident happened when faxing to the lady.)

21/1/08
On 21/1/08
Around 4PM, I call the lady to ensure she had received the fax.
Around 5PM, a customer representative called me and told me that there are two transaction record on their side. Which means, I made 1 online transfer but my account was debited twice for the same amount. He gave me his name and contact number, he promised to call me back after 5 working days of investigation.

31/1/08
I called that guy again to ask for update. He told me that there were 2 debited transactions from my account to a same seller's account. I asked him whether he can help me to get it solved, he said this case involved third party, which is the seller, it would be complicated to solve. And he suggested me to inform the seller about this issue and request the seller to transfer back the transaction amount back to mine. I had sent a PM to the seller right after the call, hopefully can hear from the buyer soon.

P/S: There is no need to call their so called Customer Representative for the problems you face in Maybank2u, you will waste your money.

Windows Forms/VB.Net - How to detect table height?

Hi to all developers.
I have a windows application that generate html files to be printed. So I need to measure the height of the table and put it in html file. If the table or the content of the table does not fit in a A4 paper, then I need to create another html file to save the rest content.
I found document.getelementbyid("table").offsetheight, but this one only work in aspx, correct me if I'm wrong.
Is there any other way to detect the height of the table?

I used USB before and the speed is dissapointing.
So I'm curious whether the seller said the right thing? Is he right?

i bought zalman vf-900 cu half year ago for my x1600 PRO. recently i just upgrade my gc to 7600GT. but before buying the 7600GT, i checked the zalman website and it said that vf-900 is compatible for 7600 Series. so i just go a head for the exellent gc.
when i want to put vf-900 cu to 7600GT, i found out that the screw hole is wider than the lenght that vf-900 cu can reach. i check with zalman website again, i'm 100% sure that 7600 series is stated in the compatible list. then i saw the maximum lenght that vf-900 cu can reach is 75.5mm, then i measure the screw lenght and i got appoximately 80mm.
i'm dissapointed with zalman website, because vf-900 cu is a very good heatsink. last time my x1600 pro goes up until 60 degree Celciusm, after using the heatsink, it drops until 44 degree celcius.
can anyone give me some solutions ?
