Question on Residencee Association (RA)

Hi,

My house is a 2 story house in a G&G (Gated & Guarded) Area sharing 1 Security Guard entrance & exit.
There is 1 RA which was empowered by the Developer, however due to some issue with the existing RA and some residence, some unhappy residence manager to register themself as another RA by the ROS. So now we have 2 RA... Dunno who we should pay our security fees to....

I'm confused..
1) Can 1 G&G have 2 RA?

2) Who has a higher authority to assign the RA? ROS or the developer? If both oso assign, then who overpower who?

3) The old RA say we have to pay the security fee to them because the DMC (Deed of Mutual Convenant) that we sign says so to pay to the RA assign by the Developer... Can we dun sign the DMC and still get our house? How long are we going to be bind by the DMC?

Appreciate if someone can help clear my confusion...

i almost got cheated by dell....
when i click on the Dell XPS 15, they ask me to choose Good (RM3299) or Better (RM2699) option...
so i choose Good, and upgrade it to be identical with the Better Option....
to my Horror.... upgrading from Good to Better only cost RM3629!!!!
i printed both spec out into a PDF and compare the details gain.... and yeah... the spec is identical... but the PRICE IS NOT!!!
gud thing i was curious to check out both Gud / Better option...

Can't get image to display in my monitor...

Hi, need some help here.

The Problem:
My monitor screen goes blank (standby mode i think) when ...
1) start my PC,
2) change screen resolution (either manually or by auto when launching application/games)
3) turn off the monitor (the image won't come back when i try to turn on the monitor again)
4) Some times it just goes off for no spesific reason when i leave the pc idle for a while or i'm half way using it
When this happens, the led on my monitor will blink 2 times and goes off. I have to press the power button 2 times to turn the monitor on again. Normally when i turn off my PC, the led will still be blinking.

My CPU is still running when the display goes off, coz i can still hear the music/sounds and i can still use keyboard command to shut down my pc ... So I assume everything is fine except my pc cannot display anything (not even the bios)... like i'm blinded like that So how do i diagnose my pc when i doesnt show anything in screen?

Current Solution:
I have to keep turning ON and OFF my monitor and PC to "hopefully" get the display back the next time i turn on the monitor. but this would normally take at least 15 min (if i'm lucky) to 2 hours.

Things I Tried:
1) I tried plugging my monitor to my laptop, monitor shows my laptop's screen; plug the monitor back to my cpu, blank screen again. So I think my monitor is ok.
2) I also change my graphic card to a new one, still the same problem. And that means my old graphic card is ok too...
3) So could this mean it's my motherboard's problem?
Is there anyway i can fix it without replacing it?

My PC's Spec:
Samsumg Viewsonic Flat Pannel Monitor
Asus P3P800 Motherboard
Pentium 4 1.8 Mhz Processor
1Gb Ram
256Mb Asus Ati Radeon 9550 AGP Graphic Card (New)

[Help] N6610 won't play midi file?

My nokia 6610 can play the midi files, but there is just no sound coming out. What happen ah??
I'm set the volume to max, key press tone can still hear, can make calls also...everything seems to be working fine accept there is no sound coming out when playing midi files!! So now when ppl calls my mobile, there is no ringging sound.

Anyone.... pls help.
