Merge MPEG2 Video

I recently bought the latest Panasonic SDR S-26 SD card camcorder.
I used a 4GB SD card to record my travel in Hong Kong.
Multiple MPEG2 files are being recorded in the SD card.
I would like to ask what is the best video merge software for merging a huge 80 separate MPEG2 video clips.
Preferably that the output quality will still remain as the same as the original.
