How to create an astro @15 sort of screen?

Hi guys..

I wanna create a sort of astro @15 screen, u know, where it divides the screen into 3 or 4 sections. The main section can show a video or a multimedia content, and the other smaller sections can show scrolling or moving text to show relevant info. Rhen I can also place my company logo on the screen as well. I wanna use it for to be displayed on a big screen TV to be place outside of my office building, so it can be use to show infos bout my company to passer by's around there.

Ive been searchin 4 this type of software whole morning now, and it fruits no significant result, mainly coz i dont even know what that type of software is called. If anyone could help by telling me on how this could be done, the name of software etc etc, it would be of much help.

iPhone digi internet setting..

guys.. need ur help.. im not really sure this is the rite place 2 post this, so if its not i apologize n do point me 2 the rite direction..

here's my story.. ive recently updated my 3gs to ios 5.0.1. n after that i switched my maxis postpaid 2 a digi smartplan. ive never use data plan b4 this, so was quite excited 2 get it goin. after my line conversion from maxis to digi was successful, i put my digi simcard in, n everythin was fine. it detected the digi line no prob. my prob lies in that i couldnt get the internet 2 work. no 3g symbol on top beside operator logo. ive enabled the 3g n cellular data in the network setting. fyi, b4 this ive swapped my maxis simcard 2 my celcom broadband simcard into my fon, n it worked fine. so i assume that it could work wit digi no prob. ive tried goin into the network setting 2 see if theres any digi specific settin that i need 2 alter, but its to no avail. i even went as far as resetting my network setting, n plugging it back into itunes didnt seem 2 fruit any wanted result..

so, thats my prob. anybody know the solution?? thnx abundant guys..

ps: my fon was a maxis unit..

I juz noticed 2day while i was browsing here, that another member took my own custom made sig which has my name n watermarking on it, n post it as his own sig.. is it wrong?? i mean, i dont mind if the pic was sumthin i found randomly on the net, but this one i made myself wit my name n watermark (yes, its the same one im using rite now).. can the mods take action against this member??

Sadly though, becoz of the recent fiasco wit Clarkson n that producer, he is sacked from the BBC. And in a true meaning of camaraderie, Hammond n May decided to leave the show as well, wit May admitting that without Clarkson, TG would be no fun no more...

But worry no more, its already official that the trio is working on a new motoring show, n production is beginning very very soon. Cant wait!!!!!!

calling database value into drop down menu in PHP

wat im gonna ask might sound simple, n i bet it is.. im a noob in php, so 4give the simpleness of my query here

i juz wanna ask, how do we call a database value to put it as an option in a drop down menu??

u see, the form is asking a user to input a specific classroom name, n i already have a database of the class names.. i wanna call those class names n put it into the options in the drop down menu.. simple as that..

it would be a major help if somebody would tell me the solution 2 this prob of mine.. been trying 4 few days already now..
