Dilemma. Need advise

Currently i working as project engineer in a local company for around one and half year which earn around RM 5k per month. But i did not feel that is a career progression on this company. Therefore i looking for other job opportunity.
And i hope to be sales engineer. And i get an offer for just RM 3k per month with commission.

So should i actually need to accept this job with around 2k pay cut?

Leasehold and freehole

Want to ask what the different between this leasehold and freehold? And is it will affect the market value when sell it especially for leasehold?
And also normally what the government will do when the contract is end for leasehold?

Problem description: I wondering what is the problem... The PPPoE show disconnect... I try to run the router configuration again, but same problem still occur... The network connection just only can send the byte but cannot receive... Can anyone teach me or help me what is the problem?
