Hi all,

I've been blessed with a good life, just that these past few months have been tough on my finances because I bought a home last year.
Didn't realise the hidden costs would make such an impact - assessment, insurance, IndahWater...

This month - my bills seem to overwhelm me.

My credit card changed and my insurance premiums built up over five months - RM300 x 5 = RM1500.
Mine is insurance linked, wonder if any sifus can advise me if I should lessen the coverage to RM200 cos I'm havin difficulty keeping up since I bought my place?

I don't even spend that much - car all paid off but feel that I'm gonna start racking up credit card interest soon...

This all happened because my company cut OT - usually, that amount went to my bills.

Is it just me? Anyone facing tough times too?

Amcorp Mall Flea Market

Hi all,

Amcorp Mall's flea market happens every Sat and Sun from 10am - 5pm

I'm renting space at the Amcorp Mall Flea Market either on Feb 21, 22 or 28.
Will be hawking my bags, books, mags, cds', stationary and other knick knacks.

They provide two tables, so wonder if anyone has similar unused/unwanted stuff in the house that they'd like to sell off as well?

Most of my stuff is under RM10, so looking to split cost of table rental. The table costs RM30(Sat) and RM50 (Sun). Still haven't decided which day yet.

Amcorp Mall does not allow: food, clothes and accessories like jewelry to be sold at their flea market.

If you're interested to split the costs, drop me a mail with your preferred date and perhaps, some pics of the items you wanna sell ( Amcorp Mall mgmt requires this for their files)

Email: mint.jelly@gmail.com

If anyone knows of other reasonably priced flea markets, do let me know.

Even if you're not interested, do check out the Amcorp Mall flea market - lots of interesting stuff to look at even if you don't buy.
My fav there is the RM10 magazine store where I pick up foreign titles for 1/3 their original cover price. (they are months old, though)

Cheers! rclxm9.gif
