MPPP parking ticket saman

Hi guys , last few day received mppp saman 6 piece together. Due to i didnt pay the bill for parking fees ( 40cent half and hour). 1 bils around RM1something only, now they saman me RM30 per bills.
Need to pay them? They use normal post to send me ><

Anyone receive before?
