Can I expect OLED panels on new Laptop?

Hi everyone,
Long story short, I am looking to get a new laptop for my colleague for some video and photo editing.

But my colleague mentioned OLED to me and i'm interested in an OLED screen as well for the image quality and vivid colors, and some vendors have released models with OLED panels.
But I have noticed some reviews mentioned the poor quality control observed on the OLED panels.

Dell XPS 15 7590 Review (OLED/i7-9750H/GTX 1650)
and i stumble upon this Thread saying about XPS 15 as well, thanks for the member (ZMFong) who post the link for other XPS 15 it makes my search for other review easier.

There is a small issue with this OLED panel that seems to be reported by most users at the comment section of review, and that is a slight graininess or “banding” when displaying certain colors such as lighter shades of grey. The issue seems to be most prominent when displaying the light shade of grey shown below.

(Image & quote from ultrabookreview)
↑There are some lighting/compression artifacts in this picture, but most of what appears to be dithering is actually banding artifacts from the OLED panel.

(Image & quote from ultrabookreview)
↑The light “banding” effect in the middle of the screen when displaying darker colours.

The poor quality control observed on the OLED panels I’ve seen in so far is also not something acceptable in a laptop that more often than not will cost around MYR 8,999. Some people may hand-wave these issues, but for me it is like being a professional driver yet driving with a cracked windshield. It taints the experience of everything seen through it, and I would expect better for anything other than a budget laptop.

From another article an LG OLED TV, sold at a US retailer, has shown signs of burn-in despite likely being on the shelf for only a year and a half.
https://www.zdnet.com/article/lg-oled-tv-av...r-show-burn-in/

Burn-in refers to permanent image retention usually caused by leaving a static image on the screen for a long period of time. The images are "burnt-in" and are permanently visible, like smudges, when playing other content.

(Image & quote from zdnet)
↑The Dolby logo is clearly visible at the center of LG's OLED TV.

Is anyone has such experience for a laptop with OLED panel ?
Or can suggest better a laptop with LED IPS panel choices.
Which one would you buy and why ?
