Car Audio capacitor act as VS

Most of the DIY VS capacitance are below 1 Farad and you can get >1 Farad audio capacitor for the same price as DIY VS.
I would like to know whether audio capacitor can do the job of VS.
Can any Sifu help to explain.

Bad experience with windows Vista & 98 no driver compare to windows XP & 95

Tenaga 2 mths deposit

Can somebody from Tenaga explain why do they charge user for two months deposit and user do not get interest for it. I recall many years ago Government said they will pay the interest, what happen? TM Unifi do not take deposit why Tenaga insist on two months deposit?
