Paper straw

Just to share a review on use of paper straw replacing plastic straw.

I went to a korean restaurant with friends and here they already started using paper straw. The price of the drinks didn’t change. As per shown in the picture, it look nice. We had our meal there about one and a half hour. My straw still good at the end of our meal, may be because i only take my drink before and after meal but not in between like my other friends. Some of their straw went a bit soggy and it quite difficult for them to drink using it.

Had my lunch at Sibu Permai Jaya. Rarely can get these food at RM30 and the taste very nice. Whoever go Sibu do eat here. The owner is very nice and not stingy with the ingredients

Chia seeds, any of you tried it?

My colleagues recently sharing info of chia seeds goodness - good for health, packed with nutrition and fiber, can help reduce weight, etc.... so I thought of giving it a try today.

I put the chia seeds in cold orange juice. The seeds doesn't seem to 'expand' like what I saw from other people's version 😓 . It doesn't seem like appetizing as well.

Any of you tried this chia seeds? Any review? Any way to make it nicer to consume? Please share....

Weekly Report for Management

My boss requested us to submit a daily weekly report on what have we done for the week. I only follow the instruction for few weeks and stop doing it for more than 6 months 😅. Now, I was chased by the HR manager for it saying that the boss is upset on my behavior on this matter. How am I going to track back what have I done daily for the past 6 months 😭😭😭.

By the way how many of you done this kind of reporting to the boss?

Speed trap in London

I drove from Manchester to southend airport using rental car yesterday. Their *€¥%#•! speed limit is 40-80mile/hr. Towards the destination, I don't realize that I drove more than 40mile/hr and saw a flash. I guess I got caught driving over their speed limit. My concern is, will I get traffic ticket for it? How much this would cost me?

No rice lunch

Few of girls in office they do this no-rice diet and successfully reduced their weight. So, i thought to give it a try today by bringing my own bekal - tuna sandwich and bread to cecah with chicken curry w/ potato. Had an early lunch at 11am and now i think i'm already hungry how the other girls can tahan whole day with no rice?!!!!

yeah.... yeah.... that curry is oily. but i liked it

I went to krabi & phuket last month. So, i'm intend to try authentic chicken/beef padrik but always not in luck at every restaurant i went to. Luckily, the tour guide introduce me to chicken basil and egg. I loves it so much that i eat it nearly everyday during the trip and try to cook it.

My first attempt to cook chicken basil

Simple ingredient yet the taste so yummy. Original recipe is using mince meat but i'm using sliced chicken breast instead.

I want to ask, if somebody of the opposite sex nudge your palm with their finger while doing handshake what does that means? I experience this few times from different people and I'm still blur of why are they doing this and dont know how to react to it

my experience with girl driver

one day, I tumpang this female colleague to go out for lunch with a bunch of other colleagues. me malas to drive own car and take any opportunity to become the passenger, so, I grabbed this chance happily. during the journey, I got something in my eye so I want to check it using the mirror on the sunvisor.

me : aikss.... no mirror ah?
girl colleague : mirror is on this side la (she's driving a viva, so the mirror on the sunvisor is at the driver's side). that's ok, you can use this mirror.

then, she shifting the rearview mirror towards me!!

girl colleague : i'm not using this mirror
me : WOITTTT!!!! it's dangerous la!
girl colleague : that's ok, side mirror good enough for me (and, she overtake other cars whenever she pleases, no signal light summore!)

no way I want to tumpang her anymore!

seriously girl, I don't mind at speeding but wreckless driving =/= good at driving.

any other experience with this kind of driver?
