Currently I'm eyeing BMW 328i model. Here is my dilemma :

BMW 328i M-sport Sedan (Year 2013)
RM 160k OTR

- Malaysia BMW car
- Basic M-sport spec
- BMW service history record
- 82k km mileage

BMW 328i M-sport GT (Year 2014)
RM 185k OTR

- Japan recond model
- Comes with sunroof
- Reverse camera
- 70k km mileage

Please advise..

1. Which one retain better value in the future let say selling 3 years later?
2. Both cars are within my budget, I know 330e better option but outta my budget.

Also, I noticed the new BMW 3series going to replace by G20 in 2018. This is not a facelift model, it is going to change to a whole new model, is it still worth buying these now?

Budget below RM 200k

Feels like nothing really worth catching with budget 200k

1. Do I as the car owner(Seller), need to clear all the outstanding police saman before transfer of ownership? If there's outstanding saman, the transfer of ownership will fail?

2. Can the Buyer purchase my car insurance first for transfer ownership before I cancelling mine?

Hello guys, I'm planning to get a new car but cannot decide which one to get,

I'm currently driving E250 coupe (2doors) which I love my car alot, but recently my gf been making some noise asking me to change to a 4 doors vehicle instead.

I like mercedes interior, it looks pretty advance and sleek design, but not exterior.

I like BMW exterior, but not the interior, it's quite old school style not as advance as mercedes.

Please kindly give me some advise and idea which one I should probably go for?

Maintenance cost?
Design?
Comfortability?
Performance?
Depreciation rate?
Market demand which is higher when comes to reselling it?

Hi guys, I have a situation here :

I'm selling my car to a foreigner and he is cash buying the car and I do not owe bank any loan. May I know what are the exact procedure for now year 2017?

1. What are the different selling car to a foreigner and not Malaysian?

2. What are the documents for the foreign buyer required?

3. I will need to cancel the roadtax and insurance before he can purchase new insurance?

4. What happen if I cancel my insurance (55%) NCD in it and I havent buy my new car yet?

5. Will my NCD still available after I cancel it on existing car and transfer it to my new car month later? (Assuming I manage to find a new car after 1-2months later which I havent found any new car yet)

6. What are the procedures for buying/and selling process to a foreigner ? Should I collect full payment before transfer ownership?(Worry scam case)

Should I start play wow?

I'm thinking should I start playing wow, I've played the game like 6-7 years ago for like a while and quit until this legion expansion came up and draws my attention. But the thing is, I've TOTALLY forgot how the game works, how to play this game and forgotten everything, the only thing I remember was my Hunter 40+lvl and I stopped playing many years ago. So, would anyone of you could give me some precious advise should I start playing all over again?

Also, if I start playing it again, is there anyone out there in KL are like a mentor to guide new player? Like people camp in cyber cafe or places where the players gather and play together so that I can go and learn?

This is silly topic, but please help. Cheers
