HDMI cannot full screen ?

I buy AOC 2434Pw recently. However I found a problem when I was using HDMI cable. If i use HDMI cable, It will only full screen by using 1440 X 900 or 1680 X 1050, but if I used 1920 X 1080, It will become smaller ( not full screen )... What is going on ? I change it to VGA cable, it work well with 1920 X 1080 ( full screen ).... I already use the latest Driver for ATI HD3300... Why will like tat ?

I bought Biostar TA790GXB A2+ recently, I want use high performance 2X2GB DDR2 1066mhz..
However what I saw at Biostar Website , there got memory test... they only test 1GB DDR2 1066 mhz only... how about 2GB DDR2 1066mhz ?
or using 2 X 2 GB 800mhz will be more suitable ? confusing
