My laptop damn lag!

Hi all sifu here,

My laptop overheat weeks b4(i guessed because the laptop left panel is really hot b4 it shutdowns automatically). Initially i thought is fan problem, coz the fan not running when i start my laptop. But after i restart few times, the fan works again. So i just ignore it..

But yesterday, my laptop don't know y suddenly become very very slow. It takes 10min for me to login into Windows, somemore when i check through task manager, the CPU usage always 50% above! Kena virus mayb??

Help please!! Or anyone here using Acer 5584 model, any idea?

How to buy car plate number at JPJ

Hi, guys and girls

I want to buy my car plate number at JPJ. I will do that in Kedah JPJ.
I have look through many forum, but i face some issues:

- Can i pay via cash instead of bank draft?
- I have one saman on hand, can i still be able to buy car plate number?
- How long i need to wait if i want KCM 8xxx, today latest is KCM 2670.

If possible, hope you guys can provide me the full procedure..
