would like to ask, let say i take car loan with the amount 75k for 9 years and decide to settle the car loan after 1 year.
My net income allow me to settle the loan by next year but not now, most of my saving in stock market and with some cash already used in home renovation and wedding.

https://www.ecloan.com.my/calculator/loan_settlement.asp

[attachmentid=2401159]

Based on the above calculation, i can save a lot interest.

I will get penalty for early repayment?

Thank.

Local first grade tiles bending at the middle

Recently i had bought a local brand (venus) first grade tiles. Only noticed that 90% of the tiles are bending at the middle after all the tiles had been install. Venus guy had come to check and take one piece of tile for inspection and the result show the bending is within tolerance. Anyone here and can advise what should i do next? Honestly i am doubt with the result of the report as by naked eye, the bending is so obvious.
[attachmentid=2351085]

90% of the venus tiles VHP 66001SGW bend at middle

Recently i had bought Venus first grade tiles (VHP 66001SGW,600mmx600m). More than 90% of the tiles i receive are bending at the middle, but i only able to detect the bending after all the tiles being lay out. Venus guys had come and bring one piece of remaining tile for inspection with checking the laid out tiles. According to venus, the report show the bending is within the tolerance base on SIRIM standard (+/- 0.5 mm). Venus has the right to supply 100% bending tiles to consumer as long as the bending tiles are within tolerance? I noticed that the bending of around 25 % of the tiles are worse and should be more 0.5 mm and are not in tolerance. Can anyone explain me about SIRIM standard and what i should do next.

[addedon]July 24, 2011, 1:28 am[/addedon]
QUOTE(ABC2020 @ Jul 24 2011, 02:27 AM)

Recently i had bought Venus first grade tiles (VHP 66001SGW,600mmx600m).
