Only noticed that 90% of the tiles are bending at the middle after all the tiles had been install. Venus guy had come to check and take one piece of tile for inspection and the result show the bending is within tolerance. Anyone here and can advise what should i do next? According to venus, the report show the bending is within the tolerance base on SIRIM standard (+/- 0.5 mm). Venus has the right to supply 100% bending tiles to consumer as long as the bending tiles are within tolerance? I noticed that the bending of around 25 % of the tiles are worse and should be more 0.5 mm and are not in tolerance.
