GPU not detected..

Recently bought a new motherboard ( ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 ) assembled everything including my GPU ( Sapphire 5770 ).. Booted up and running... Nothing on GPU output, didn't appear on Device Manager.. Working on previous motherboard thou..

Did plug in the PSU power cable to GPU FYI... still nothing from the GPU.. and it become very very hot..

Anyone who have experience with this issue, please ...

ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
i5-2500
8Gb RAM
Sapphire 5770
CM GX 550W PSU

Additional notes :
> Using IGPU also doesn't work ( iGPU mode on BIOS ) integrated graphic output working..
> POST LEDs passed all
> Intergrated GPU have output, plug in my DVI cable to discrete GPU have no output..
> 6 pin power cable connected to Discrete GPU..
> Tried both PCI-E slots.. nothing as well..
> device manager just showing Intel's HD Graphic..

BIOS config under
"System Agent Configuration"
"Initiate Graphic Adapter" ( Allows you to decide which graphics controller to use as the primary boot device.. Configuration options : [iGPU] [PCI/iGPU] [PCI/PCIE] [PCIE/PCI] )
Tried all four modes [iGPU] [PCI/iGPU] [PCI/PCIE] [PCIE/PCI].. same nothing on discrete GPU output..

iGPU Multi-Monitor (Allows you to set the iGPU Multi-Monitor. Config options [Disabled] [Enabled]
set to [Enabled]

Just downloaded and installed the lucidlogix virtu software and got this error..

[Wrong GPU Configuration. Please check your hardware /drivers.
Disabling Virtu, and exiting.
(Remember to enable Virtu after the problem is fixed ) ]

currently running on P8P67-PRO B3 rev which got strucked by lightning abt a week ago...
is it better to get back the same motherboard or get newer model??
I was suggested by a fellow forumer to get P8Z68-V...

Nid some help here~~

I have tons of photos needed to rotate~~ But in the rotating process windows kept poped out [ You cannot rotate this image. The file might be in use or open in another program, or the file or
folder might be read-only. ]
all the photos are not ticked or filled on the read-only property tab..

the folder property tab do have filled read-only option~ and no matter how many times I uncheck it~~ It still was a filled read-only~~

It's very annoying when I rotating my photos and the error kept poped out~

using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I think my motherboard was fried this morning when a lightning struck this early morning @ 1am or so.. I think I may need to get a new motherboard to replace it..

asus m4a78-e
asus 4770

could you guys suggest a similar range of motherboard for my spec? preferably asus mobo..

Used for gaming ( fps game )and normal typing... So a normal qwerty keyboard would be good...

Transitions Lens aka Photochromic lens are lenses that darken on exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Once the UV is removed (for example by walking indoors), the lenses will gradually return to their clear state.

I learn about this type of lens in chemistry class ( if I still remember my study correctly.. ), so I gave it a try, since then loving it..
I've got 2 spectacles, first one cost me RM 300, accident broke the 1st one.. Then I go make second one RM 330..

3 X 12cm fans installed on front, left side and back 1 on each side...
I need suggestion on how to cool it down.........

Anyone has problem with Asus EAH 4770 with windows vista using 2 monitors?
monitors is 20" lcd and 32" lcd tv. At first both work fine, then few days later I can't connect to the 32" one.
