Details of the complaint : Saw the seller's thread, whatsapp him and work out the deal. Since I am from Penang and the seller saying only COD, I arranged my friend to meet up with the seller. Since my friend was busy and there is not much testing to be done since there is no memory card included in the package and the seller did not offer a spare SD card for testing, my friend paid and left after verifying most of the things works. After getting the cam from my friend, noticed there are some "fungus" like behavior on the pic. Contacted the seller, he refused to admit there is a problem with the cam and insisted he sold a good condition unit. Whereas this is absolutely not a "very good condition unit" as stated. I asked for a partial refund which I think is very fair, he refused as well.

I hereby warn anyone who want to deal with him proceed with caution.

I bought a logitech G15 from C-Zone LYP back at October 2006.
The warranty period for G15 is 1 year?
I would like to RMA it for some painting issue.
But I came from Penang so and I very very rarely travel to KL.
So, roughly, any idea how long the RMA process going to be?
And, is it possible for you guys to help me keep the keyboard for some period of time if I really want to RMA ?

Well, I bought a D-LInk PCI Wireless Adapter from this guy.
After that, i found that i doesn't come with driver disc which he said still available
Then, OK, i go to download the driver myself, installed, found that it doesn't work well on my PC, tried on 2 PC, but both doesn't work although place beside the router.
So, i think it might be just incompability issue, and asked for refund from him today.
But, he dun seems like want to reply my PM.
