Interior Designer & Renovation Company Suggestion

Hello everyone.

I've recently purchased a place in a very *very* moderate condition with really small rooms and a weird layout. Hoping to get a ID/Construction company and turn it into a home for my family and I.

Things that I'm looking to get done:

1) Tiling car porch
2) Stairs Guard Rail
3) Fence (currently is those hideous wire type)
4) Grills
5) 3 bathrooms (1 needs to tear down wall between WC and bath)
6) Bedroom (No idea on how to do this, need IDs suggestion)
7) Kitchen (Bring down wall between dry kitchen and dining, make island
8) Floor tiles (whole house)
9) Plaster Ceiling + Down lights
10) Paint (whole house)

My budget is around 80k with very little room to stretch. Would this budget accommodate the plan above, guys? Also if you guys could recommend a company that caters to both ID/reno,based on personal or family/friends experience, that would be awesome

Thanks guys!

Investing in Medium Cost Properties

Hello folks. I'm someone very very new to the property scene and was wondering if you all could share your experience / feedback on investing in medium cost properties (flats, apartments, condos, houses) in terms of price appreciation, rental income, property management and tenants. Also, would it be the best way to start investing? I see quite a high number of these properties going up for auction. Appreciate your response & comments

ING Home Loan

Hey guys.

I was looking at ING's Home Loan package. There's a package being offered: 4.99% interest rate, ZEC. However there's a statement which says:

QUOTE

All loans must be adequately protected by ING Life policy or ING MRTA policy during the tenure of the loan. Fire Insurance is also compulsory

Using the mortagage calculator, it shows that I would have to pay RM1689 monthly. Does this include the policy that I have to purchase with ING? If not, what is the calculation like? Thanks in advance.
