ranhill worley vs tnb

Hi guys,

i'm in the middle of deciding here...do me a favor, share any infos & experience with me...
in hand right now, i already received an offer from ranhill-worley as an electrical-graduate engineer starts at 5th oct 2009.
but at the same time,i'm still waiting for tnb result as an electrical engineer - pep some where around today (they will email to us) starts at 2nd nov 2009.

in terms of benefits/working environment/industries/security of job which one i should go...
pls advice me, it might help me to decide.

This coming wednesday, I will be interviewed by MARA for post-graduate oversea program.
Any tips? They request me to prepare for research proposal. I dont have any idea.

And how fast the process, let say if I can get thru...does 6 mths?
Does it easy to get call for the second interview?
Any test?IQ test?
