I m very dissappoted with the TM. Since I m using Grad Pack 1mbps RM100 each month, they said I m not qualify to upgrade to Unifi. Now I just using the Grad Pack around 5 months. Therefore, If I want to upgrade I should wait my contract end after 1 and half years more. I will crazy with this since they announce that my area already for Unifi. I understand the Cool Unipack cant upgrade to Unifi because the free netbook stuff. But for my case I dint get any netbook and paid almost same with the BBD package even cant enjoy the free call to TM fix line. I already burn up. Any solution? Wait for 1 and half years to get Unifi? Stupid!
