Bad experience Asus ROG Mobo Warranty claim

I received a call from Asus today and they ask me to send back again and do a swap but not on the spot.. let's see what I can get from them..

Not sure did I post it in the correct category..

Well 1 year ago (30th May2016) I was a happy man who purchased a new Crosshair V from TMT outlet for my gaming pc.. then on this year March after CNY.. this mobo suddenly give me problem.. it freeze and I couldn't start it even after restart.. so I take my desktop to the shop and they help me check everything and is mobo prob.

So they help me send to warranty.. after a month I got back a "new" board which is not so new to me.. why I said that because the back of the mobo is covered with some sort of dirts due to storage problem I suspect.. so I take back from them and I Email in asus to ask if they can do anything about it.. I got replied from asus they ask me to take it back to service centre.
So I send back there.. time flies another month gone..

After month they call me to collect the new board again.. so they do exchange a new 1 for me.. but the back still the same.. covered with dirts
In the end I got 2 "new" board from asus both is covered with dirts
I take back and email asus malaysia again.. this time they ask me send pic to their email.. 2 days later they called me.. they said the board is new and they admitted the dirty part is due to their storage problem.. and I was like wat the.. then I ask them can do anything? He replied me no.. then byebye
cmon la at least clean it before hand it over to your customer..

My friend send in a Asus gtx970 for RMA don't have such problem.. But my crosshair V macam ini.. haihz disappointment for asus service..

Now the board is with me now and I don't know what to do with it now..
the board I sent for warranty looks much newer than the 1 I got back from warranty..

Same situation from my friend Mitsubishi Evo also using this Proclutch less than 6months lifespan.. after changed back to exedy no problem

All the black pixie powder dust is from the clutch itself.. pressure plate burnt my flywheel burnt... the dust is so black..blacker than Obama.. I almost got sucked into the black hole of pixie dust

My previous standard oem Exedy clutch lifespan last longer than this 1..

At first after install this ProClutch 450 for 4g18 engine my car starts jumping a lot like it couldn't get a grip on the flywheel(from 0-10) and I think it is normal because haven't break-in yet.. but after a month of daily driving 500km++ mileage (recommended by Works is 300km break-in period) my car still keep jumping when I disengaged clutch from gear 1.. after that I felt something wrong.. asked my professional tech guy why this happening.. he also said no idea.. he installed Ogura and Exedy racing clutch for other car also don't have this problem.. first time see this clutch macam ini.. after 4 months driving it gives me problem again.. as my car rev up to 3k rpm it couldn't grip on the flywheel at all resulting my speed doesn't go up but only my rpm.. I quickly release the gas pedal and step on it again then only its grab on the flywheel baru my car speed up..
(harlow 3k rpm heat clutch cannot tahan? max 5k rpm also limit already..Proclutch racing clutch? can eat 1 ah?)

Pm the WorksEngineering fb page for explanation.. what I got is after few days only reply me.. ask me whether I'm going for racing or daily drive.. did I resurface my flywheel before.. I said NO and till now not a single reply after reading my last message.

This clutch left burnt mark at my flywheel and it is not nice at all..

Now I'm using Exedy Standard OEM clutch without any problem at all

lastly not to mention the power steering tank is been leaking from the cap since 1st day installed it
special cap to prevent leaking wor...

if updated you will be facing battery issue...
1) can't charge properly
2) battery drain like drinking water
3) phone gets hot even when idle.. no apps running on background

common issue with current Mi4i
--when charging the phone become very lag (you can try play game with and w/o charging then you know)

You might say I'm an idiot...but when you see the picture here...then you'll know what I mean..

It is very annoying for the light to be shooting in straight to other drivers...especially people like me who having Astigmatism..

It's just like an opposite car oncoming with high beam shooting at you...
