A friend of mine being house arrest (软禁) by her ex-bf. I'm not sure why this thing happened.
She being beat and torture by her ex. She told me she wanna go back home, but she don't know how to go back due to don't know location address.
I have being tracing her location and I know the exactly location of the house. Due to unfamiliar of that location, now asking the power of internet and /k power. Kindly help me find out that location address, so that I able to make a report with talian nur.

Guys, need your help. A friend of mine just went to Digi Centre to enquiry Digi postpaid plan.
So she decided to register postpaid for the first time but unfortunately unable to register due to blacklist system among the telco.
Digi center personal says she have an outstanding bill with celcom about RM 300 something.
As she recall back, she never being register postpaid with any telco, except digi prepaid.

So we suspect someone is using her NRIC to register the celcom postpaid.
Is there possible to challenge the telco regarding this matter?

LATEST UPDATE:
This afternoon just walked in celcom centre checking all the details. Found out that registered a celcom broadband service last 5 years ago.
As she recalled back, the service was used by her ex-husband, but she didn't go register under her name. So suspecting her ex-husband stealing her NRIC to register the service without her consent. 2 months later, she was not staying with her ex-husband.

Any thoughts?

Dear sifu, does anyone know where is the lenovo smartphone service center in penang nearby area?

i got a lenovo A369i smartphone and the warranty already expired. I try to fix the phone with reinstall the ROM but seems failed.

Looks like i have to send the phone to the nearby service center for full format and install with new fresh pre-loaded factory software. Does anyone know the service price?

Officer: It’s mutual sex, not prostitution

CAMERON HIGHLANDS, Feb 14 — Relationships between orang asli women and illegal foreign workers are consensual.

The Orang Asli Development Department (Jakoa) district officer Wan Khairul Wan Mohamad Rozali admitted there were cases of sexual relationships between women and foreign workers in Pos Terisu near Kuala Terla, but stressed they were isolated and consensual.

He said relationships happened when workers entered areas where they were employed on farms or construction projects near settlements.

“The workers cross paths with villagers. This often leads to relationships. Some turn physical but it is not prostitution,” he said at the Cameron Highlands district Jakoa office.

“To our understanding, the relationships are consensual and there is no criminal element as the girls are not underaged. It is very much a suka sama suka (mutual attraction) relationship.”

He said this following claims the women were being sexually exploited by workers when they crossed paths in orang asli settlements here.

A media report recently claimed that labourers gave money to the women as a token of appreciation after having sex with them.

Wan Khairul said he heard instances of money being exchanged between the couples, but explained these handouts were not business transactions.

“The workers give money to the women just like a husband would take care of his wife,” he said.

“In fact, I was told some families approve of the relationship, so no one wants to meddle as it is the family's personal business.”

He said he had not received any complaints of rape or sexual crime cases from the orang asli community since taking over the position two years ago.

Despite the consensual nature of relationships, Wan Khairul admitted there were negative consequences from such unions.

“When we ask the women if they are married to the foreign workers, they say 'yes' but the marriages are not registered because the workers do not have permits,” he said.

“The risk is that any children born to these couples might face registration problems, because their fathers might not be around and we cannot get information about them.

“There is always a chance the father might also return to his home country, which creates bigger problems for the mother.”

He revealed the department had been advising villagers against engaging in these relationships by conducting seminars and speaking to the village heads.

“This problem will probably continue until the illegal worker problem is solved,” he said.

Kampung Sungai Telimau village head Tok Batin Yusof Hamid, 56, said he had not heard of complaints from his fellow villagers about such activities in Pos Terisu since he became chief in 2002.

“There are foreign workers in the Pos Terisu settlement but no one reported any cases of girls becoming sexual victims to my knowledge,” he said.

“If we hear any news of such cases, there is no way we would stay silent.”

Cameron Highlands OCPD Deputy Supt Wan Zahari Wan Busu said there was no criminality involved so long as the relationships resulted in marriages approved by the women's families.

Back Office Setup

Hi guys, need sifus out there expertise regarding for setting up a back-office system for my soon takeover grocery business.

As we know soon our government will start to implement the GST on all business. Currently my family grocery business still running traditional way, and family decide to let go this business for me to handle .

Well i got plan to implement whole shop become the digital grocery shop like TESCO operation model. Setup the back office with a server and can running process in concurrent way. But after survey with the GST software vendor. they are charging on pc unit basis for installing the software not concurrent server.

So now i come up a new plan almost like back office style. Instead install GST software in multiple PC, but install in back office server. and all counter will run the software over network in respective PC. Is possible to be done by that? picture shown as below.

Transferring Ownership Family Business

Hey guys, i need some expert accountant advises, i make it simple and easy to understand the situations.

- Me working with family business. My mom is the owner of the business (Sundry Shop).
- She was thinking to transfer the ownership to register under my name AKA transfer business to me and let me handle the business accounting.
- The last resort might close down business due to not understanding how GST works and machine to handle the accounting.

Questions :

1) Transferring the ownership - need to submit the changes business details in SSM & Majlis Perbandaran. Still got any others agency that i missed out to change the status details of the business? Banking is not conflicting with our business due to using cash for all payment to deal with our supplier sales executive.

2) Business stock - i) after change ownership, the remaining stock should be continue to on rack to sell. In paper, the remaining stock should be the previous owner. Since i'm the new owner of the business, but how am i going to rectified these remain stock from the previous owner? As I rectified it as newly acquired stock for my business? should i do the accounting as loan stock ( borrow stock ) from previous owner, pay it after selling it?

3) Business Accounting & Income tax - As you know the story, my mom has a income tax B Form with IRB and i don't have any income tax form or BE form. Once i take over the business, i need to register filling with IRB, But since previous year, i help my mom submit the income tax, when i posting the business income, should i follow back from my mom filling number or i should be start with fresh number?

I still got plenty questions need to understand. Hope any expert in accounting can help me to understanding the procedures of transferring business working. Thank you.

Hey guys, is there anyone been called for attending court case for testified case? Need some advice about this thing.

The story is like, last year September, my shop being grazing aka ragut and the robber being caught on the spot. After that we heading to police station to lodged report about this incident.

6 months after the incident, today this morning received 2 pieces of blue notes. Calling for attending magistrates court on 2nd of June. Anyone can tell me, we go the court is for testified case or just sit and look only?

Hi guys, anyone is TM staff, i want to ask about relocating tm service

My siblings who rent a house in seberang perai subscribed homeline broadband coolunipack package. Recently he think want to move back to hometown, also want to relocating his broadband account back here.

Currently the place we stay is shoplot (rumah kedai), parent having business at ground floor also subscribed Businessline under tm as well. Meanwhile 1st floor as our home. Is it possible for my siblings to relocating his broadband homeline package to our home 1st floor? Thanks.
