I want to get a girl, but just..

Well, this is my story. I was studying in a guy school since standard 1 till form 3 in Ipoh, and moved to a coed school in PJ when I was form 4, and now I'm 18 and attending college.

Now this is the problem. Due to long term (or never!) speak to girls (except cousins), I'm now developed into a very shy person and thoughts will start to grow when I wanted to woo or to get a girl, and that made my constant failures and embarrassment. I've been too shy but desperate in a way in my form 4 and 5 ( too girl-hungry), and I tempted to find a girlfriend despite their looks. Ended up I cheated some girl (innocent girl) for loving them then dumped them when I found out they are not even my type.

I'll split my problems into numbers:

1) At the moment, I want to get a girl in my college, decent look but not outstanding. I wanted to phone her but I have many thoughts.

Just what if she is like... waiting or wanting for the person she likes to phone her and I like.. suddenly phone her. It's like... will she feels annoyed, although I do not have the bad intentions to interrupt her interest.

My friends did tell me just give it a go and the answer is all lies in a phone call.

But I don't want to screw up, not again

2) In class (college), she is always with another group and I have difficulties find an opportunity to talk to her. It may be an excuse but in times I'm also shy to talk to her.

3) In the phone, what exactly do I talk to reconcile a happy talk and give her a good impression so she might even phone me in the future.

I'm just a very shy and thoughtful person.. guide me!
