Islamic Financing - Tawwaruk. I do not understand

Hi all;

Bank muamalat offers me this home loan: Tawwaruk / Tawaruq (i dunno how to spell it ). It is a islamic home loan. The problem is i do not understand this concept even after i google it. The loan officer doesn't provide any clear explanation. She just say this is better than Bai Bithaman Ajil (BBA) and shuvved me with all these forms.

1. can somebody explain this concept in layman terms.

2. is it compulsory to open Amanah Raya account when signing a home loan package? Coz the loan officer gave me this form too. from what i understand, when signing with Amanah Raya, all previous wasiat/will is no longer valid. Is this true?

3. How long does it takes for the lawyer to do stamping & process coz I might get penalty/interest if late pay the deposit to the developer (this is a new property still under construction).

hi all sifu;

my company has this public-facing asp.net website with some ssl based e-services.

now my boss wants to duplicate the website with a different domain but still retain the e-services link to the old web server. the new website also in asp.net.

basically having 2 different domain public facing website but e-services still pointing at old website.
i'm noob.still new. tq.

hi all;

this is my dilemma. i'm gonna hit 30 this year.
i only have rm5K cash.
my epf 2nd account got like 10k.

so, can i buy house with my current situation?
i'm looking for a 2nd hand unit value around 150k to 170k.
is there a way to buy 2nd hand house without forking out the initial 10 to 20 % cash?

my nett salary rm3200.

feng shui criteria for selecting candidate

hi. just wanna ask anyone in HR/Recruitment whether have you select your candidates based on feng shui thingy? like having moles at certain place, have bigger lips, birthday falls under lucky star/year, time of birth etc?

coz i heard that tan-chong-motors-nissan does employ people based on this feng shui thingy. (my fren told me la)

how effective arr is this feng shui selection? if u got good feng shui, will you be a great worker/managers?

hi all;
ok this is my dilemma:
1. i'm 29. still single.
2. my current commitment: car rm800, CC rm200 (credit limit 4K), rent rm400,
3. assets: insurance rm1800 per annum under great eastern, ASB rm1K.
3. my nett salary rm2800.
4. liquid cash: total rm4K (i only have 3 years of working experience)
5. i'm planning to buy an apartment worth rm190K. it's a freehold, completed. buying it from friend.
6. my dilemma is that i don't have the 10% cash for the home loan. i'm planning to apply personal loan let say rm20K for the home deposit.
what do you all think? is there any other solutions? i don't have any FD account for applying overdraft.

the reason i'm planning to buy this house is that now i'm 29 & getting older everyday.
is it viable for me to buy a house at this junction; based on my financial status?

removing bird shit residue/stain from car
