My just passed away recently and she have a house, FREEHOLD title, under her name, her brother and her brother son. There are total of 3 names, 1/3 equivalent distribution. By right it should be transfered to her children but this is what happened. We agreed on withdrawing our mum's name out of the property as to do fully settlement for her hospital bills, funeral, land and etc, all the expenses were covered by them. And yes, everything has been settled without any outstanding.

Now we are not sure what and how to proceed with the next step on withdrawing our mum's name. Appreciated greatly if any could assist on this matter. Thank you very much in advance!

How do employers view the disabled community when intended to apply for position at their place? Yes, I am disabled in some ways, often I walk into the room with poor flexibility as my neck was immobilized due to spinal cord fusion surgery at the area, which often people see me as a human robot. The way of some interviewers look at me was disheartening. When I was thrown with questions about my disability, I know my chances are not being able to land the job.

Who would want to pick a person that be considered a liability to its own good? It is so cruel to say that the disabled community is always the one who often perceived by others as the incapable. Since such community is always being discriminated by many, it could be close to 0 chances of acquiring the position as they will just filter us off taking the one that seems healthy without disability.

In this intense competition, even a normal fresh graduate could be facing his or her tough time landing a job, but how about graduates with disabilities? Can we use the word impossible?

If you ask me whether it will affect me or not in terms of performance? To be honest, it might or might not affect my performance since most jobs require sitting down on a chair for a long period of time. My body and neck could go stiff and pain but absolutely tolerable since I have withstand it for many years until it has become a daily routine. When they asked how will it affect me I will respond saying its absolutely fine, its just something minor and won't affect my performance at all. But somehow to everyone general viewpoint, spinal cord issues definitely is not something to play with and from then I already assume that the answer will be no job for me.

I don't know where to express my feelings, just feel that I must in order to keep myself not being de-motivated by the surroundings. Meanwhile, if there is anyone here who have encountered the same situation as I am currently in now, please enlighten me. Appreciate that and thanks a lot.

As per above, girls would mind or they don't? Yes, i am disabled in some ways due to inborn complication on my spinal cord which had completely changed my entire life at the age of 16 and now I am 23. Though i have undergo numerous medical procedure such as the surgery, I am still unable to completely recover fully. Out of 100% I am only a 70%.

Basically I can take care of myself independently, the only problem is that I can never get myself involved in any sports activities that require running, jumping, etc. Plus my left arm is really weak, poor flexibility and coordination which makes me to depend on my right more often. sad. Literally, that's just only the surface of my disability, it is not as simple as what you people would have thought of.

Actually the main thing that causes me to have all these unfortunate events was all due to the nerve on my spine (neck part) that was being pressed tightly and when such complication occurs it will eventually lead to more and more problems. The surgery I had was not an easy one, considering it as extreme where they removed the bone that pressed the nerve of my spine in order to create space for the flow of the system. Other than that, they also fixed 4 pieces of screw to the back of my neck and since then my neck movement has been restricted to almost 80% where some people would describe me as a human walking robot. Now, not much people are aware that I actually had a disability as I have been attending a lot of physical therapy classes and also going for health massage as well. Though I have been going for such therapy for many years but I am still a disabled person which makes me feel really sad about my life.

Syringomyelia my disability, is a condition where fluid-filled cysts form within the spinal cord. As the cysts grow, they can damage the spinal cord, which leads to impairments. This condition can be caused by birth defects, injuries to the spinal cord, and tumors in the spinal cord.

One of the worst thing is that, I sweat a lot even in a shopping complex with airconds but I can see that its getting better but it just wont stop there.

I don't look physically disabled neither do look normal not only until if you observe me for a while. I walk like normal just that sometimes i might lose coordination and move slightly to the other side, lol.

Best Wifi Adapter for Games? (Dota 2)

As topic above, I wanna know what wifi adapter i should go for playing games without any lag and delay? Actually my existing one was fine, but the problem starts once my family members started to watch youtube, video streaming, and downloading. Using ethernet cable was perfectly fine while playing games even downloading and youtubing at the same time, it does not affect my gameplay. As i m going to move my PC into my room very soon, I need to have a new adapter n replace it with the old one as the lag n delay was terrible which makes me can't play the game.

Thanks to anyone who can suggest me a new adapter, price is not an issue, below RM200 most preferably.

My CR-V 2.0 projector headlamp, if i want to upgrade to HID, will there be any major modification? Heres the scenario.

A called the plumber to come over to his house to check what's the problem with the leakage. A intention is to get that problem fixed. After the plumber had explained, then A asked how much. Then A pays deposit to the plumber.A also tells the plumber to buy the materials first and wait for the date to be given to start the work. But now A refuses to let the plumber to fix the problem. So A wasted his deposit but the plumber loses his materials cost. Now the plumber wants to report this to the police.

Any legal advice please? This is between my mum and the plumber.

I m currently using Bose Companion 20 and it sounds didn't meet what i expected it to be even with the asus xonar essence stx, i do not know whether these two things works together or not, but then the speaker really not that good and very expensive. I m thinking of getting the companion 5 but then again with the experience i had with bose, i think i should think twice again.

What i want the most is, clean, clear and good sounding speaker, that's all. What i mean here is, a really, really clear speaker. I m not good in Audio related stuff, but then my ears can't become a friend of bose unfortunately.

How about Audio Engine A5+?

Is Bose Companion 20 a good speaker?

As stated above i want to know whether is the Bose Companion 20 a good speaker for desktop or not? I'm currently using the Z523 and i find the speaker isn't that good to me. I want a clear and clean sound speaker, even my previous old speaker altec lancing sounds better than the Z523.

Any comment? Feel like changing to Bose since i never try it before.
