Falcon&Partners Debt collector legit ?

Keep getting sms from falcon&partners asking me to clear my TM debt.

Transfer account ownership back in JULY 2014
100% sure i clear all the outstanding before transferring.
Now they claim I have RM200 debt I dint clear.

I keep on calling this FALCON&PARTNERS (058341016 company registration number I think) but nobody answer. They keep sending smses saying want to blacklist me and bring the case to court. Today they sent me another sms saying they have blacklisted me in CTOS. Call TM for clarification, they gave me a bill statement for AUGUST 2014 (a month after my ownership transfer).
This mean for august we have to pay twice ?? And should I be alarm with falcon&partner blacklist threat ? Not much info on this company.

I'm doing a case study for my course and I'm just wondering if all the sifu's here can share company names that build defective/faulty product, and how they proceed with it?
Oh and assuming the stock already at hand or finish building, then only they notice the fault.
Some might rectify the issue, some might just sell it without notifying buyer, or anything.
The company can be either local or overseas. Doesn't matter what they are selling be it house,car,electronic,etc.

I've been doing some googling and most of it detect fault after selling. Not too familiar with this kind of topic. HELP

Reason for sale: Bought the phone from forumer.. Cod at mamak during the night so missed out the dent and scratch. Been buying for lowyat for awhile and face no problem so far. Thus leading me to trust his statement saying dent free and never drop, also..a senior member. 10 minutes after cod realize phone condition is somewhat bad, call cant refund... had enough of arguing (begging) leading me to this sales thread.

Accidental topup for post paid sim

Accidentally buy topup for celcom using maybank2u. The sim is actually postpaid.. my friend buy top up instead of pay bill... maybank account balance deducted, but the bill remain the same.. call celcom center they said never receive any payment.
