            <description>my pc isn&amp;#39;t very high end, it had been with me for 4-5 years already. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;while playing video higher than my screen resolution (1024x768), it lag big time&amp;#33; the audio is fine, the video lagged. is there any way (or software) that can help me watch (or reduce the resolution) of the video so i can watch them?</description>
