USB Wifi Adapter problem

So recently i just bought a new alfa awus036ach usb 3.0 wifi adapter

and there is some weird freaking issue to me when im using the usb wifi adapter....

i tried to connect to the SAME SSID(hacked my neighbour wifi) with my laptop default wireless adapter and the Alfa wireless adapter.

turns out alfa has the best signal strength since is equipped with a high gain antenna.

but when it comes down to connection speed and the stabilization of the wifi, my laptop default wireless adapter is more fcking stable than the alfa wireless adapter, although it only 3 bar but still the connection and speed of the wifi wont drop and disconnected.

THIS IS CONNECTED BY USING ALFA WIRELESS ADAPTER. IS FULL FREAKING BAR, AND LOOK AT THE SPEED! IS 300MBPS BUT IS NOT STABLE! IT KEEP PLAYING AROUND WITHIN THE RANGE 100-300

speedtest...cant even complete and speed is always capped at 50kb/s

tried everything i could... reinstall the driver, google and still no solution.
USB wireless adapter is running in USB3.0 port

but when i tried to connect my own YES 4G Zoom with the ALFA...everything runs smooth! speed and stability of the connection is excellent!

is there something i need to configure my ALFA??

HID Operating Temperature

izzit the HID operating temperature got so high??my lamp housing almost want crack edy~~sometime still can see smoke coming out could be the ballast or bulb??

and 1 more problem everytime i switch on the HID,it will flickering while warming up the ballast~~but will not flickering when the engine is switch off~what the problem?

Problem frequency: couple weeks ago
Problem description:change my phone line because of rat bite after changed to new phone line...my speed seem like capped to 80kb/s...not like before DL speed can up to 170kb/s...is this my line problem or router settings???

confusing about the port forwarding...i tried all the method provided by portforward.com but still...i cant get the port open yet...ANY sifu wan help me???

it just show connecting to www.imdb.com then end up with server not found o.0(firefox browser)

then i tried to use some program like Hide IP and change my ip to US...and try to open again...and it did open the webpage...
