[/B][B]Finding a new processor to replace my currently in-use Pentium D 3.0 Ghz processor using a old Asus Heatsink...

Power Supply is ciplak 450W.

Hard Disk 200 GB Sata.

2x1 pcs of 1 GB DDR2-800 Mhz RAM.

Motherboard is Gigabyte G31M-ES2L.

Currently my pc is running at 80 degrees Clcius using old Pentium D 3.0 Ghz processor using a old Asus Heatsink

WHICH one do u guys should I go for Dual-Core, Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad ?

Budget wise still keeping my new to buy a very high processor...
