my laptop hdd has been extremely hot recently since i formatted it last nite. Now i on comp bloody long! Even if i wan reformat , the comp oso wont work . . . Then when i let it cool down awhile i on , it can go in windows abit further, but in the end oso hang and die . . . Isit becuz of hdd overheat ?

Questions about formatting laptop

Im now planning to format my old laptop , acer aspire 4730Z , that is currently using the default windows home premium 32bit
recently its been always showing me this few things when its just started but i ignored it
something like this :
"host process and service failed"
"superfetch fail"
and sometimes some other program fail with it ,
so i plan to format it to win7 64 probably home premium or ultimate , cuz my fren has the os , not sure which he has though =x
and recently the blue screen appeared , so i wanna format it hoping it will change it , but my prob here is the drivers .... im not sure where to get them , i found it at the acer website , but im not sure which should i download ? for the windows vista home premium 32 bit ? or should i dl for windows 7 64 bit ?
im kinda blur about this part , nvr format comp since XP era lol ...
and another question , my comp has 4gb ram , but when i use dx diag it only shows 3074 ram , i know that sometimes they dun actually use/detect all the ram , but one whole gb ? im not so sure =x
i forgotten was it like this last time XD too long to recall =D

and my friend wanted to ask me info about interior design, im not sure which is better for this , TOA or LKW ?
and i know the fee for TOA for diploma in interior design is around 62k, wat about LKW ? can anyone give me some info on this ?

I'm planning to buy a gaming laptop around this august / september .... and im not really sure on what to choose ~ been checking here and there and i kinda got my eyes set on alienware m17x ... my budget most probably is around 10k ? (if can cheaper i dun mind lar XD)

I'm now 20 years old , because of some reasons which i would rather not mention , i cant continue my law degree, so i gotta restart in something else....
so this time i wanna go in the first thing that captivated me , animation designing, i'm now searching for more info abouit The One Academy,
it seems to be the best choice for animation (btw i need to restart from scratch) , and ive been reading most of the post about TOA here but its all kinda outdated , so i would really wanna know a few things :

1. The current price of their foundation , diploma (animation designing ) and degree (multimedia design)

2. should i take foundation or diploma ? and why ?

3. any other choices than TOA ??
