Spotify premium subscription

Previously I was have a hotlink number which is EM/EC plan. I used that number to subscribed spotify premium account. Recently I bought a new number which is Hotlink Fast plan, I canceled the subscription of the old number to the spotify premium and I saw my spotify was reverted to free version. So now I wanted to subscribe spotify premium using my new number, but during the process of subscription, it prompt me an error said that my spotify was tied to my maxis number and I suspect that is the old number. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi, my name is David. Currently I'm studying in local university in Malaysia. My major is software development. I'd learn C++ for about 2 years and I'd learn PHP, HTML, CSS for about 7 months. I wish to get more experience in programming field so I wish to get some small freelance job here. If anyone have a small project and wish to be done at low cost, maybe you can consider me.

Last year, I'd done a workshop project which integrate C++ into Oracle database. And I did a few small job before which is translate some python language to C++. And now i wish to get more experience.

I found 1 video online...in the video the background music is very nice...then i want that music because it edited by other people from a few music 1...cant find it online 1...i want find any software that can take off the people's voice 1??? and left only the background music???

Hang at "Welcome" when login to desktop...

Can anyone help me...when i switch on my PC...it go smoothly...
but when it reach the "Welcome" icon before get into the desktop...it stuck there...some sort like hanging at there...
then i go press "alt+ctrl+delete" twice...then it continue and go into the desktop...
but i still duno what happen to my PC...can anyone help me???
