            <title>Us against piracy software</title>

            <description>hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have a cousin who is going to the US to study abroad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but he seem paranoid about the the law against piracy in the states and he is spending a hell lot on operating system and all sort of other softwares.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;when i ask him why he tell me the states is very strict and its illegal...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;obviously i know pirating software is illegal but is it that serious to a point where not any softawre in a laptop can be pirated?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and how would they check or know?</description>
