Anywhere to do windshield polishing?

My windshield is full of wiper scratches so wanted to ask if anyone here knows any shop or detailer that does windshield polishing with something like cerium oxide? Not those remove water spot/stain type. Otherwise I'll have to invest in a drill or polisher.
