Hey guys!

I couldn't find any list of mobiles on the net or site that can filter mobile/tablet specs by USB-host-ability.

So, if you guys know any mobile and tablet that is USB-hostable, please share. I would really appreciate it.

Hey guys!

I need your help and opinion on monitor cables and adapters.

Here is my problem: My laptop has HDMI and VGA ports while my monitor has DVI and VGA ports. i have a DVI cable and a HDMI cable only.

Here is the options that I have deduced:
A) Buy a VGA cable
B) Buy a DVI female to HDMI male adapter to be used with the DVI cable
C) Buy a DVI male to HDMI female adapter to be used with the HDMI cable
D) Buy a DVI-HDMI cable

FYI, I only need to transfer graphic as my monitor can't play audio. So, my question is, graphical performance terms wise, which one is better?

If I use option A, the signal will be sent directly to be displayed on the monitor but it is not hot pluggable. But if I use option B, C or D, it will be hot pluggable but the signal will pass through a conversion by the adapter before being displayed. Will the DVI-HDMI signal conversion reduces the graphical quality displayed by the monitor? If so, will the graphic of B, C and D be worse or still better than A? And also how do B and C do compare to D and vice versa? Or neither any of the four would make much different?

If anyone has any experience, do share k. Thanks in advance.
