Need Help guys! supplementary service error

I have recently encounter this kind of problem supplementary service error: system error on my Bold 5. It's driving me nuts already , I try restart it, pull the battery and start it back and even change to another sim card to no avail (it can read my friend sim card just fine but not mine [celcom]). I still can't call/sms to anyone due to this problem. Anyone who knows how to deal with this problem help me guys
