hey guys,

wanted to get the yamaha f-310, since my f-210's neck patah......

anyway , i heard that SX acoutic guitars are good and cheap, some say comparable to a 2-3k guitar.

so i wanan go and hav a taste of it and see wat it can do, so wat model should i get, where and estimated price for it???

pls not more than rm800.

prefer solid top , and if ther is a pickup = bonus loh....

btw... guitar noob here. played with kapok, my dad broke it. my f210, my friend broke it. hopefully no 1 breaks my SX !!!!!

Basically i'm a sales person for MIH Express Prepaid Sdn Bhd. With over 130+ prepaid vending machines in klang valley over 3 years. Some of you might come across this machines in colleges/uni/gov complex. Thus, the company is the leading player in terms of technology and market share.

The current machines out in the market are 1st gen machines, and most of them are generating a healthy profit. The idea is that MIH wishes to replace 1st gen machines with the 2nd gen machines and to market it like wild fire, thus offering investors the ownership of machines, starting june 2007. The 2nd gen machines has a facelift and has a 19" TVC screen build in for TV comercials with audio.

The business idea is almost similar to a water machine company, with maintainence and cash collection service provided and of cos, location will be a big factor on profit. But to compare, The 2nd gen machines has a TVC screen that can generate quite a sum of profit.

In terms of security, there is a currency detector that is of good quality, detects most of all fake notes. The money will be store in a build in safe of the machine. And from our server that are connected to the machine either through wifi or 3g, we are able to keep track the amount of cash in the machine and send out the collection team when a certain amount is reached. Machine owners can also hav a CCTV camera installed in the machine, so each time a person opens the machine up be it for collection or theft, it will have visual record of who open up the machine. Of cos, owners can opt to buy insurance for the machine.

In terms of weight and build, it's made from strong steel(powder coated) and thus making it quite heavy. You need at least 4 to 5 man to move the machine around.

MIH gives replacement warranty on damage/spoiled parts for 2 years.

to cut it short, there are 4 ways to get profit:
- prepaid reload via soft pin (maxis,digi,celcom) an avg of 4.5% of profit on total sales
- IDD
- lightboxes(both sides)
- 19" TVC screen

As of advertisment, we have LG electronic and Asadi advertising on our machines at the moment.

looking just at the TVC screens(RM199/10sec block,180 blocks max, 30min loop), assuming that the occupancy rate is just 20% of the total air time, we are looking at about RM2.5k++ profit as a machine owner. Rates per block are set to increase soon, as we receive complaints that the rate is too cheap for air time.

When looking on the ROI, a big factor really depends on where the location is. normally sales of prepaid can range from RM15,000 to RM70,000 per month so i would say an avg minimum that you can generate out from prepaid only will be about RM750. usually it's about RM1k minimum. However there is also lightboxes that can generate RM800 of profit for both sides, IDD cards and also not forgeting the TVC screen. So i would say if you pick an avg location you can about RM2k per month. good locations can go up to RM10k, mainly bcos of the TVC screens. So if you would to get an avg of 3k to 5k of profit, then ROI is within 10months.

MIH offers a capital gurrantee too, within 3 years. T&C applies.

MIH is also in talks with different parties for additional service to be offered on the machine. the machine has been design for keypad(like ATM), barcode, and smart card upgrading for the future usage.
