Problem with Unifi and Steam

First occurence of problem: 2 days ago
Problem frequency: 100% of the time
Problem description:

The problem started when I was in the middle of playing

on steam, it was fine during the time but after one game it suddenly delays all responses I receive from steam like invites and chat, but only when I'm in game. After that I can't create any lobbies and when I exit the game i am disconnected from steam.

It is also important to know that I tried playing other games that uses dedicated servers like TF2 or mmos and they're just fine, I tried another peer to peer game like Sanic Racing and the problem came back. At least this gives me a clue that it might be something to do with my ability to do P2P connections.

I'm connected via LAN cable and I had Unifi for close to a week (since 10/9/2014), before anyone asks I've tried resetting modem, restarting computer, I had my cmd constantly ping google and the connection is smooth like babby's butt with no hiccups even as I was disconnected from steam. I tried to do a system restore but for some reason it doesnt complete

What boggles my mind is that it was perfectly fine a few days ago and I can host games and play just fine, and then out of the blue it kills it. also important to note that unifi is very very new in my area, they just placed the wires last week too

Problem with adobe premiere pro cs3

At first it was working fine, then suddenly everytime i edit videos, the videos were lik lagging like crazy in a corrupted manner. so i uninstalled it, then when i wanna reinstall it, it wont start, so i tried system restoring to a previous date, but then the system restore also got an error and wont properly restore, i ended up just deleting the whole premiere pro cs3 folder, which was a stupid idea, i know, but out of desperation, now im left with premiere pro in my program list that i cant uninstall and cant reinstall.

What are the price of these Sony Ericson phones?

Problem with HP pavilion dv4

for some weird reason the touch sensitive control above the keyboard is not responsive, i can't adjust my volume and control the play/pause button at all when playing music, is there any fix for this or is it a temporary thing? I tried restarting it, but i still get the same results... answers to this will be really appreciated..
