Kembara excessive vibration

Hey guys,

Desperately need help...I own a Perodua Kembara 1.3 (A) that's hitting 10yrs this year...The car has always been kept in pretty decent condition and the service intervals are regular...Over the years I've changed many parts in the car to keep it from fading into the twilight...Mechanics always ask to just keep changing parts without actually solving the problem...

Ok, here's my problem...The car used to vibrate a little at 50km/hr...then smooth and vibrated excessively at 90km/hr...thinkin this was normal or due to the gearbox (which was changed 5yrs ago), I just carried on driving...

Now, recently while driving at 120km/hr, the long shaft gave way...as in literally just ripped itself from out of the gearbox (left a huge whole in the casing) due to the excessive vibration...both the short and long propellor shafts were changed only a month before that!!!...so I had to change my gearbox, flywheel and both shafts...it cost me close to RM4k to get all this done...but the vibration is still there!!!...

Now, only at different speeds!!!...between 50km/hr and 60km/hr...then it's smooth and vibrates excessively at 100km/hr...so much so that I can't take it to 100km/hr, I have to stay below that speed!!...I dare not take to more than 100km/hr for fear that it may come off an cost me an arm and a leg again!!!...The vibration is like a draggy feeling like something is not running smoothly...not the normal engine mounting broken vibration...

Here are things I've already checked...

1) Engine - This was also changed bout 2 years ago
2) Tyres - They are new
3) Gearbox - It is a machine tested re-con one that works fine
4) Long or short shaft - This is the 3rd change and vibration is still there
5) Engine mounting - It's pretty new and the mechanic tells me its not broken.
6) Suspension mounting - It's new too
7) Brake Pads/Full Service was done very recently

Exsisting problems with the car:

1) Front Bush - But that shouldn't vibrate only at certain speeds, it should vibrate all the time
2) Suspension springs / absorbers maybe a little worn out

Possible causes of vibration:

1) Front or Back Axles
2) Exhaust to Engine contact or Exhaust
3) Gasket?

But all these should vibrate at all speeds right?

Any help as to why or even a decent mechanic who actually does a good job an doesn't rip people off will be appreciated.

Thanks.
