Need Sifu to advise on my RM4k build

Hi All Sifus,

Can please advise advise which one of the builds below is more worth? Both are priced at RM4k, quoted by a PC shop.
I don't have gaming requirement but if can I also want a rig that is more future proof abit..thinking to use like 5 years at least. My only top and must have requirement is only QUIET and LOW HEAT.

My activities on a PC are mostly within the internet browser, MS office...My monitor is 4k monitor though.

And, I also know getting separate parts from shopee may be cheaper but I want to save hassle saje so just build from a PC shop la..claim warranty also easier haha. Your advice to improve the build is also appreciated.

How to prevent bezel scratch from apple bumper

it says the bezel scratch was caused by the dust particles or sand or whatever it is, Im just wondering how on earth the sand or dust particles goes in to the bezel and scratch the iphone, when the bumper is actually snapped right fit to the phone, from where the dust or sand goes in lol?
anyway is there a way or solution to solve this problem?
