Looking for a dining hall/ hotel venue

Hello all kind souls,

Can you please suggest me venues that you may know or of your friends' that I can use to accommodate around 80-100 attendee for my company's award night over dinner? Preferably somewhere in Klang Valley area: Bangsar, Kelana Jaya, even Sunway.

Tentative date for the event is in the second week of December.

Of course, I'm looking for something affordable and not too over the top. Thank you all!
Awareness Campaign

Serious Discussion please. You will save a life (my life).

As you know, there are a lot of people campaigning for something everyday, and currently my organization are reaching out all over Malaysia as HIV/AIDS champions. It has been two years now and we are almost exhausting the schools/ colleges etc.

My idea is to branch out the issues and maybe making this project bigger. I would appreciate your point of view and possible constructive comments.

Also other organization that would be interested in partnering in such project.

Thanks.

Sophie Kinsella, Meg Cabot or Cecelia Ahern?

I'm looking at these three books:

1. A Place Called Here by, Cecelia Ahern
2. Queen of Babble by, Meg Cabot
3. Remember Me? by, Sophie Kinsella

I don't read chick lit much so I'm not familiar with the writer's style of writing. I browsed them for awhile and the reviews seems good. But reviews are mostly done by those whom already favors the writer so yeah. Have anyone read these first hand and would like to share?

I'm just wondering does anyone else has a say about them. Before I get them. I know I should probably just get them and judge it myself but I'm a student. Have a heart.

I usually read classical and fantasy horror such as Sarah Langan's.

Perbandaran Tamadun India di India Barat.

Above said is the title for my assignment and the more I research on it the more confused I get!

I was wondering whether I should be describing about the CURRENT India's Architecture and how their HISTORY has affected it's building now or what?

I was also contemplating on doing that and putting in how India's Architecture has influenced MALAYSIA'S. Because the assignment needs us to do a research that requires self-produced data instead of just ripping them off the net and books and etc.

Please help.

Stalkers and Exs

It's really annoying.

This is the third time I've changed my number and somehow there are still idiots who can track it down and call in the middle of a ridiculous hour! It's okay if you need serious help, ya know. But just to say 'hi,' or just to put the phone down on me when I pick up is unforgivable. T_T

I had to close down all my social-networking site, changed emails, screen names, and carry a pen-knife when going out. DX

And don't you hate it when your ex spread your number after you break up? Yeah, can I post numbers of idiots here?

Edited:

-taken down because I felt bad. Yes, I'm an angel. XD-

I deleted most of the other numbers. T^T Oh well.

Period cycle

Freaking myself out:

My period cycle was never a once-a-month thing. Some time ago I paid attention and saw it roughly being once every three months.
Its genetic, I have some aunts whose experiencing the same thing BUT they're said to only experienced it after hitting late 20's and the only bad side to it is hard to get pregnant. (With some research, probably early menopause.)
Now its whacked again. T^T I can't keep track of my cycle.
It can be for as short as 5 days or as long as two weeks the next. The pain differs too.

Is anyone experiencing something of the sort? I don't know what's wrong. Help.
Dilemma: Degree in TESL

Dilemma:

I'm considering strongly on taking a degree in TESL locally. But I'm not all that confident about the quality. As far as I am concerned, most public universities that offer this degree takes approximately 4 years.

01. Is there any other way for me to shorten this duration? Such as taking extra credits and so on?
02. Is that a good idea?

Because with only a BA won't land me a big fat chance to be a lecturer. >_> Although I am well aware of other industries and job prospects as well.

03. But even this, you'll need that "extra" edge, right? Such as knowledge in IT, Business, and so on.
04. Would anybody please roughly explain to me the syllabus for this degree? I looked around and could only find out about the several major offered underneath it, which are: drama, literature and education. Please correct me if 'm wrong.
05. Other than that, is there any specific universities that is recommended?

With the recession at the moment, I would think that taking on a degree locally would be cheaper. Without compromising the quality of course. And continue my master oversea if that's possible.

06. Lastly, is this degree worth it? T_T I've had several people telling me not to take language, and yes, this does stir insecurities. I wouldn't like to stay behind a teacher's desk forever.

Please reply and comment! Any contribution is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! I thank you in advance.
