Hi guys....I'm single guy working @KLCC and need advise here..want to buy an apartment (own stay for 2-3 years and then rent/sell it maybe)...requirement as below:

- studio or 2r/1b (3r/2b can be consider if the price is right)
- fully furnished with good interior design are highly welcome
- near LRT line (@ max 10min drives, if walking distance much better)
- budget: max 350k ~ if more really need to be justified..d/p maybe around 10-20%

btw I seldom @ home (maybe at a month I'm only @ home for 2 weeks) but really need a good accommodation but not feel like renting..and its my 1st property purchase...

currently looking @ Pertama Residency , Axis Residence....any other suggestion?highly appreciate it...looking @ moving in the next few months...
